We are a dynamic creative design company specializing in exhibitions, pop-ups, and experiential designs. We are looking for a talented and motivated Part time Marketing Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow our brand and client base. This is a hybrid role.
Job Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our exhibitions, pop-ups, and experiential designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, a robust clientele network, and a proven track record in driving engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for exhibitions, pop-ups, and other events.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Manage public relations activities to enhance the company's image and build strong relationships with media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, coordinate media outreach, and handle inquiries from the press.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional activities and partnerships to maximize event exposure and attendance.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, including metrics on engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, only in the field of exhibitions, pop-ups, or events.
- Strong public relations skills and experience managing media relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
