Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
• Identify key messages and initiatives to effectively engage employees.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including the company intranet, email newsletters, and internal social media platforms.
• Ensure that all content is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
• Develop campaigns and initiatives to boost employee engagement and participation in company events and activities.
• Encourage feedback and open communication channels for employees to express their ideas and concerns.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in internal communications with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong digital content creation and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
