Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing activities of a fast-growing laundry services brand with branches distributed across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing nationwide brand awareness, strengthening the companyâs market positioning, and driving customer acquisition and sales growth across both B2B and B2C segments.
The role requires expertise in multi-branch retail marketing, digital marketing, local market activations, customer engagement, and partnership development.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of the Saudi market, and proven experience in building scalable marketing strategies that generate measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build strong nationwide brand awareness and market presence across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain and enhance the companyâs brand identity, positioning, and customer perception.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
B2C Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Design and execute campaigns targeting individual consumers to increase branch traffic and online orders.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, paid advertising, SEO, SMS campaigns, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
- Develop customer loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Improve customer engagement and satisfaction through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, national events, and branch-specific promotions.
B2B Marketing & Business Growth
- Develop marketing strategies targeting corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, medical facilities, salons, gyms, and other commercial sectors.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and strengthening business partnerships.
- Create corporate marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and service campaigns.
- Build strategic alliances and partnership opportunities to expand the companyâs commercial client base.
Branch Marketing Operations
- Ensure marketing consistency across all branches and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate local marketing activities and branch launch campaigns.
- Monitor branch performance and support underperforming locations with targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve customer experience and service presentation.
Digital Presence & Performance Marketing
- Oversee websites, mobile application, online ordering platforms, and digital customer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI using data-driven strategies.
- Monitor KPIs including customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, engagement metrics, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, media partners, and content creators.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team and external vendors.
- Establish marketing policies, workflows, and reporting systems.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns within approved budgets and timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Masterâs degree or professional marketing certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 7â8 years of experience in marketing management.
- Experience in retail, F&B, service chains, laundry services, hospitality, or multi-branch operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and nationwide campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
