Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning our organization, driving strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing brand and digital engagement, generating high-quality leads, and enabling sales growth.
The ideal candidate will ensure perfect alignment with business goals through robust brand strategy, campaign execution, content delivery, event marketing, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Awareness: Drive brand development and elevate brand recall across target sectors in KSA.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies to grow audience engagement across key professional platforms (LinkedIn/Twitter).
Content & Thought Leadership: Direct content marketing initiatives and secure thought leadership positions in industry reports and media.
Campaign & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns optimized for qualified lead generation.
Event Marketing: Lead the planning and flawless execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional booths.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver high-quality sales kits and marketing collateral.
Website & Automation Management: Optimize website traffic, manage website content, and leverage marketing automation tools to improve email nurture campaigns, open rates, and CTRs.
Team & Budget Leadership: Manage, train, and guide the marketing team while maintaining high spend efficiency and budget control.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Maintain strong internal stakeholder relations and deliver transparent, data-driven monthly performance dashboards to executive leadership.
Requirements
Core Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
Professional Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in marketing management, with a solid track record in a leadership role-ideally within the B2B technology or cybersecurity sectors.
Professional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, CIM) are highly preferred.
Technical & Functional Expertise
Marketing Strategy: Deep expertise in Strategic Marketing Planning, Digital & Content Marketing, Brand Development, and Public Relations (PR).
Data & Analytics: Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and leverage web analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions.
Tools & Automation: Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web analytics, and design collaboration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
Leadership & Collaboration
Team & Project Management: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Operations & Finance: Strong capabilities in budget management, spend efficiency, and external vendor relations.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Ability to work collaboratively across various corporate departments to unify marketing goals with sales and strategy.
