Marketing Manager

Role Description:Â Lead strategic marketing initiatives, develop and execute campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Strategy:Â Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and business objectives. Youâll create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Digital Marketing:Â Leverage digital channels (social media, email, website) to reach our audience effectively. Youâll optimize our online presence, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Content Creation:Â Craft engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters. Youâll ensure consistent messaging and storytelling that reflects our brand values.
• Agency Collaboration:Â Work closely with marketing agencies to execute campaigns, manage projects, and drive results. Youâll build strategic relationships with key industry players and vendors.
• Market Research:Â Stay informed about F&B industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use this knowledge to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience +7 years in marketing roles, preferably within marketing agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.

Education:

• Bachelorâs degree (required)
• Masterâs degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• +7 years of marketing experience preferable in marketing agencies
• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
