The Role
We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Marketing Manager to join our construction company inRiyadh Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategic marketing plans to promoteour construction projects attract potential clients and enhance thecompanys brand presence in the market. Responsibilities: Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote thecompanys construction projects and services. Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify potential clients market trendsand competitive activities. Collaborate with the sales team todevelop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials tosupport sales efforts. Manage the companys online and offlinemarketing activities including social media website contentadvertising and events. Monitor and analyze the performance ofmarketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensureoptimal results. Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders including clients partners and industry professionals.Oversee the marketing budget and ensure that all marketingactivities are costeffective and align with the companysobjectives. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends tools andtechnologies to continuously improve the companys marketingefforts.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration ora related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven work experienceas a Marketing Manager in the construction industry or relatedfield. Indepth knowledge of marketing strategies and techniqueswith a track record of successful marketing campaigns. Strongunderstanding of market research data analysis and customerbehavior. Excellent leadership and communication skills with theability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms andweb analytics. Solid organizational and timemanagement abilitieswith a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment while managing multiple projectssimultaneously. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages ispreferred.
