Marketing & Sales Manager

We’re in search of an adept Marketing and Sales Manager with extensive experience in low-current systems, such as CCTV, access control systems, security systems, digital signage, and associated technologies, to spearhead our marketing and sales team. The perfect candidate will boast a robust technical foundation and a track record of success in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to grasp market requirements and craft targeted marketing strategies for our suite of low-current systems, spanning CCTV, access control, and customized solutions.
• Manage marketing activities and meet agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Lead the sales process, including presale activities and preparing technical and commercial proposals and offers.
• Spearheaded marketing and sales endeavors, devising comprehensive plans promoting and driving robust business growth within the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and influential figures within the industry.
• Oversee sales pipelines and forecasts meticulously, monitoring progress and implementing strategic interventions toward sales objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and potential threats within the technology landscape.
• Negotiate with clients to secure the best deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Offer strategic direction and mentorship to the sales team, equipping them with the skills and insights to execute effective selling strategies.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equal.
• MBA or master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in marketing and sales management roles.
• Robust understanding of low-current systems, CCTV, access control, security systems, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with the Saudi technology market and its unique dynamics.
• Proficiency in Odoo CRM is a must.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong relations and networks within the Saudi market are a plus
