Marketing Specialist

Taj HR is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition. This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Support event planning and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles. Fresh Graduated are welcomed.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
