Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our services and strengthen our brand presence. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to produce compelling marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Manage company presence on social media platforms and engage with the audience
• Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes for management review

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
