Job Summary
DETASAD is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join its Digital Marketing & Indirect Sales team. This role is focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and digital outreach rather than traditional marketing communications or graphic design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating digital content, identifying and engaging prospective customers, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and generating qualified sales opportunities. The role serves as the first point of contact in the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to the Digital Sales team for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Social Media Management
- Develop, manage, and publish engaging content across DETASAD’s digital channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram, in both Arabic and English.
- Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic communication.
- Design, adapt, and optimize marketing materials and visual assets using available design tools.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and lead generation outcomes.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital outreach channels.
- Build and maintain target prospect lists aligned with DETASAD’s solutions and services.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients, assess business needs, and qualify opportunities.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to generate sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-up calls and engagement activities with existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to identify new business needs, upselling opportunities, and referrals.
- Record customer interactions and insights accurately within the company’s CRM or designated tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback and opportunities are effectively communicated.
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business potential.
- Document all relevant prospect and opportunity information before transferring qualified leads to the Digital Sales team.
- Ensure seamless handoff and coordination with sales representatives.
- Monitor lead progression through the qualification stage and confirm successful transfer to the sales team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and prospects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, as a business networking and lead generation tool.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills are considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
