Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary
Responsibility will involve targeting high churn risk customers through BTL with support of Analytical Models and Business Intelligence.The role holder is responsible for supervising Proactive Retention activities for Fixed & Mobile for STC s Consumer Sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop advanced reporting for the proactive retention activities
• Manage/Execute proactive retention capabilities improvement; like Analytical models, SAS/ Teradata system enhancement, CRM system changes, IT system enhancement etc
• Development of innovative, value adding and compelling propositions built upon customer and prospect insight and research
• Maintain and enhance the churn predictive models
• Execute, measure and improve number of proactive retention campaigns using CMS
• Derive customer s needs by analyzing behavioral trends and suggest new preposition for these groups of customers
• Provide support and coaching to improve retention results across all service channels, especially outbound / inbound channels
• Identifying analytical needs and opportunities to support business objectives
• Supervise development and implementation of the Retention Management plans that includes other teams
• Manage & Execute Proactive retention matrix and categorize offers across segment values and type of customers in order to retain customers and achieve Retention KPIs
• Monitor and analyze proactive retention activities and promotions performance, also aligning Retention KPIs with STC performance requirement.
• Deep Analysis of different segments behaviors and interests
Qualifications/Certification
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations/Digital Marketing
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Marketing & Retention
