We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional wellness experiences to our guests, helping them relax, rejuvenate, and improve their overall well-being.

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to each guest's needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their health concerns, stress levels, and desired outcomes
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms
• Educate guests on proper stretching techniques, stress management, and self-care practices
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Keep accurate records of guest treatments and preferences
• Recommend appropriate spa products to enhance guests' at-home wellness routines
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Continuously update skills and knowledge of new massage techniques and industry trends

• Certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy
• Current professional license to practice massage therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or wellness setting
• Proficiency in various massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
