One private family based in Jeddah is looking for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse within the family's private estate nursing arrangement.

This position asks for attentive, gentle nursing with total discretion in the home.

When the family leaves Jeddah for Europe, you accompany them as a matter of course, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles.

The family appoints you directly, with our role limited to a careful introduction.

Requirements

We require full nursing licensure from a UK or European body.

At least 2 years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings.

We confirm your UK or European training and registration before your maternity nurse profile reaches the family, and we hold that line on every appointment.

Excellent English together with written NDA acceptance are part of the trust the family places in you.

Complete discretion, sound judgement and respect for family confidentiality are expected.

We look for someone who is comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with documents always in order.

Benefits

The salary is £82,000 – £95,000 tax-free, on a permanent basis, reflecting the trust placed in the role.

Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
