Designation: Sales & Clinical Application Specialist – Cardiovascular

Requirements:

• Implement the business strategy in line with the company’s objectives for growth.
  
• Enhance awareness of medical devices and consumables among physicians and healthcare professionals in both private and public hospitals.Proactively communicate with healthcare professionals to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with medical staff and support administrative personnel.
• Design and execute clinical education programs for key accounts.
• Keep abreast of the latest clinical results related to the devices, and effectively communicate and discuss these findings with healthcare professionals.
• Provide support to healthcare specialists in operating rooms, catheterization labs, and other clinical settings.
• Offer technical support during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.Coordinate and conduct training for medical professionals through workshops, forums, and seminars.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of market trends.
• Remain informed about competitor activities and products.
• Identify potential accounts and generate leads for business growth.
• Organize work schedules and create weekly and monthly timetables.
• Keep meticulous records of all interactions.
• Regularly update management with detailed reports on activities, outcomes, follow-up actions, and feedback.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

• Degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Perfusion Science, or Registered Nursing.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device sector, specifically in cardiovascular and vascular products.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent presentation skills, adept with tools like PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
• Proven ability to conduct essential training.
