MEP Inspector

As an MEP Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed in accordance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. You will play a key role in quality assurance and compliance throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Support the project team in achieving timely and quality project delivery.

• Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Nationality: Saudi Nationals.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
