Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented “Microbiology Section Head” to join our dynamic team in Sudair - Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the microbiology team responsible for both sterile and non-sterile products.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, ensuring adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Oversee all microbiological testing activities, including sterility testing, microbial limit testing, bioburden analysis, endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring laboratory operations are always audit-ready.
• Ensure that validated methods are transferred effectively to the production environment and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or microbiology. Master of Business Administration is a plus.

• 6-9 years of experience in a related field.
• GMP, GLP, ICH, and pharmacopeial compliance.
• OOS/OOT investigation handling.
