We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premises Developer with deep expertise in Retail Banking Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role, you will design, customize, and automate end-to-end origination workflows for Cards, Personal Finance (PF), and Home Finance (HF). You will ensure seamless integration with core banking systems, local credit bureaus, and Saudi regulatory bodies while adhering to strict security and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Customization

• Build, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM On-premises solutions tailored for Cards, Personal Finance (PF), and Home Finance origination workflows.


• Implement complex business process flows (BPFs), custom business rules, entities, forms, and views to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.


• Develop specialized Home Finance stages, including property valuation tracking, title deed verification, and structured developer/seller disbursements.

2. Custom Development & Data Management

• Write robust, scalable C# .NET custom plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.


• Design, implement, and maintain SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for data migration and ETL pipelines.


• Develop operational, analytical, and regulatory SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards.

3. Integrations & Regulatory Compliance

• Integrate Dynamics CRM On-premises with core banking systems and essential KSA third-party services, including SIMAH, Nafath/Absher, Wathq, and real estate/valuation platforms (e.g., Sakani, REDF, Ministry of Justice).


• Ensure all origination and credit assessment workflows comply with SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and responsible lending criteria.

4. Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.


• Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage deployments, and resolve production issues promptly.


• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and practice secure version control (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Mandatory Skill sets :

• CRM Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on, dedicated development experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM On-premises.


• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of delivering and automating Cards, Personal Finance (PF), and Home Finance (HF) loan origination workflows within the KSA Retail Banking sector.


• Technical Stack:




• Advanced C# and .NET development for CRM plugins and custom workflows.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Web API / OData, and FetchXML.


• Hands-on experience developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports alongside T-SQL optimization.




• Local Ecosystem Integration: Demonstrated project experience integrating CRM systems with KSA-specific utilities and regulatory databases (SIMAH, Nafath/Absher, Wathq).
