Job Description
Network Engineer - Avaya or Cisco Telephony System Specialist. Troubleshooting and performance maintenance virtual and physical servers in several geographically dispersed hosted data centers Provide proactive communication to the customer base for wide scale service affecting problems Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify problems with systems, applications, and networks Design, Deploy, Configure, ANS (Avaya Notification Solution), HA configuration, various features implementation. Design Deploy, Configure AADS (Avaya Aura Device services) SAMAL integration with AADS (Avaya aura device services) SSO Strong knowledge on Various phones debugging (Vantage,96xx,J series ) Remote worker implementation with multi factor authentication. Design Deploy, Configure of Avaya Session boarder controller (SBC) implementation and administration of CM ESS LSP SLS, integration of TETRA, PAGA. Performing certificate (TLS, SSL etc) renewal for various system Avaya CC & UC products Applying Vulnerability fixes across cloud & On prem Environment Responsible for engineering, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of the Complex Voice over IP (VoIP) deployment, supporting applications and network hardware Creating RFC for Various Activities such as Certificate renewal, Vulnerability fix etc. Performing Preventive maintenance in cloud and on-prem environment Design and develop the various complex IVR and call routing requirements Providing governance, support and operational escalation for the production environment Perform Annual Telecommunications and Monitoring Assessment Program (TMAP) inspections Analyse current Telephony & CC environment and propose, manage, and lead key improvement projects Design and architect contact center solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization, ensuring optimal customer service and communication. Collaborate with respective teams to ensure seamless integration of contact center solutions with other systems and applications, including CRM, databases, and analytics tools Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, including CCaaS, ACD, IVR, CTI, VoIP, and omnichannel communication platforms. Planning, deployment, installation, administration and management of Vm-ware products ESXi, Vcenter Excellent Linux-Red hat skills.
