Nursery Manager

Waad Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager

The Nursery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our early years childcare setting, providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. You will lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement high-quality educational programs, with the ultimate goal of achieving excellence in childcare and child development, while fostering strong relationships with parents and the community.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of nursery management or similar supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of early childhood care and development methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Empathy, patience, and ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative & Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and facility management while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Staff Management & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Educational Programs & Child Development: Implement age-appropriate curricula, monitor progress, and provide enriching activities.
• Parent & Community Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, organize community events, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Strategic Planning & Development: Contribute to the nursery’s vision, set strategic objectives, and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
