Job Description - OD Specialist

AlUla Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Organization Development (OD) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing OD initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance. Your expertise will be essential in creating programs that foster employee engagement, drive workforce development, and support a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer compensation programs including salary structures, pay policies, and variable pay plans. 
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization’s compensation strategy remains competitive. 
  • Perform job evaluations and classifications to determine appropriate salary levels. 
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs such as health, dental, disability, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits. 
  • Analyze organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify improvement areas 
  • Design and implement change management strategies and initiatives 
  • Conduct organizational assessments and employee surveys 
  • Develop action plans to address identified gaps and inefficiencies 
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on organizational development 
  • Collaborate with leadership to align goals with business objectives 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies 
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team leaders 
  • Create and manage project plans for organizational effectiveness initiatives 
  • Partner with HR and other departments for alignment of strategies 
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure organizational effectiveness 
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities that are aligned with the nature and scope of the job 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • A minimum 4 years of experience in organizational development or related roles.
  • Understanding of OD principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Certification in OD or HR is an advantage.
