Job Description:
We are seeking a polished and professional Front of House Office Administrator to join our new Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a warm and professional presence, and the ability to support a small growing office environment. This is a full‑time, office‑based position.
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will represent Darktrace with exceptional service and a positive attitude. You’ll be a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of our reception and day‑to‑day office operations.
Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate team members
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
Maintaining a tidy, organised, and professional reception area
Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily post and deliveries
Supporting office security procedures, including managing visitor badges and logbooks
Ordering and maintaining stock of front‑of‑house supplies
Assisting with general office coordination as needed

A proactive, resourceful mindset when challenges arise
Hands‑on experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers)
