Job Description - Office Manager Assistant

Description

  • Assist the Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute company-wide communications and memos
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense management
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Support in managing office facilities and equipment maintenance

Skills

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
