The role is responsible for establishing and managing a new office buildout in New York City for the activities of NEOM USA. This person will direct the ongoing efforts of the office and establish a separate office exhibition area to educate visitors on NEOM while displaying the opportunities for consumer and commercial investment into NEOM.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Assist in negotiating and closing the lease for NEOM’s New York Office in conjunction with NEOM procurement.
Work with architects and building contractors to build-out the New York office – furniture, supplies, conference area and NEOM exhibitions.
Liaison to senior management visitors from NEOM KSA and their chiefs of staff/professional assistants
Provide administrative support to Senior Managing Director of NEOM USA including travel, calendar and key customer meetings.
Initiate community service activities to build a socially responsible brand name for NEOM USA.
Background, Skills & Qualifications:
Prior administrative support to C-Suite executives.
Organized, punctual and self-starter.
Creative, proactive - bold enough to build a state-of-the art New York presence for NEOM USA from a blank piece of paper.
Proficient with word, excel and power point.
