About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated Saudi Travel Advisor to join our Yanbu branch. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, providing travel solutions, promoting company products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel bookings


• Promote and upsell travel-related products and services.


• Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.


• Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.


• Ensure accurate system usage and booking details.


• Achieve assigned sales targets.


• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.


• Support daily branch operations and reporting.

Profile Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Passion for sales and travel industry.


• Basic computer and system skills.


• Flexible and able to work in a retail environment
