About the role:

The role is responsible for supporting critical operational functions, including reservations, airline coordination, BSP reconciliation, and other key tasks. This role requires strong GDS knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deportee reservations projects with accuracy and timeliness.


• Handle Talemia group reservations and coordinate group travel requirements.


• Oversee BSP RA creation and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.


• Coordinate with airlines on communication, follow-ups, and escalations.


• Support ongoing operational tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.


• Contribute to team efficiency by owning assigned projects and delivering high service quality.

Profile requirements:

• Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus & Galileo).


• Proven experience in reservation and ticketing (issuance, reissuance, cancellations).


• Hands-on experience in airline coordination and communication.


• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data management.


• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (written and spoken).


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.
