Job Description - Officer, Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Post job openings on various sites and identify the most effective sourcing channels for prospective requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates, ensure alignment with job requirements, and provide the shortlist to hiring managers.
Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Prepare the legally required documents for employment offers to new joiners, ensuring compliance with SAFE Policy and procedure.
Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to assess recruitment efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
+1 years of experience in various rules.
Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.

Competency in tracking and analyzing hiring metrics to optimize the recruitment process and ensure timely hires.
