Job Title: Operations Manager – F&B (Multiple Locations)

Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Operations Managers to oversee restaurant and café operations across designated regions in the GCC. Candidates must have a strong background in food & beverage operations, team leadership, and regional market knowledge.

Roles:

1. Operations Manager – Bahrain & Saudi Arabia
   
2. Operations Manager – UAE & Oman
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant and café locations.
  
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and customer service excellence.
  
• Manage and support local teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitability and growth.
  
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and café operations management.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  
• Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics.
  
• Willingness to travel between assigned countries.
