Operations Superintendent/Manager

Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Superintendent/Manager to join our team. The Operations Superintendent/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client’s projects, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the project
• Implement operational strategies to drive performance and achieve objectives
• Manage and lead the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support project goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Coordinate resources and respond to operational issues as they arise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sewage treatment plant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Thorough knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
