Job Description - Operations Support Engineer

Experience in design, new manufacturing support, after market repair support and operations support. Experience in performing root cause analysis for field installation/equipment failures. Experience working in highly demanding environments with many tasks and short time for completion. Experience working in a lead role overseeing workload management, mentoring, and team building. Ability to work with very challenging/demanding customers. Ability to stay calm and collected and when necessary, de-escalate tense situations. Ability to defend position when challenged. Ability to work with various nationalities and working styles.
