Operator, Bundling

1. Inquire with the previous shift Roller for mill conditions of his shift and any other job related problems.

Check your hand tools, clean them for any oil grease.  Report to Shift In-charge for any damage to them or missing tool.

2. Check the measuring devices for any damage and the calibration due date.


3. Ensure spares available such as, water and lubrication hoses, C-clamps, clamp fastening bolts and nuts etc.  Otherwise inform Shift In-charge.


4. Ensure spare guides are available on shop floor.


5. Check the roll cooling water for sufficient flow and also for any nozzle blockage.


6. Check and tight the guides if they are loose.


7. Inform about any unsafe condition to the Shift In-charge.

After finished his preparation period ( 18 Months ) with the effective handling of job responsible and department recommendation he is promoted to be  senior Intermediate roller as per organization chart vacancy
