Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle
Cloud ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle
Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains. The role
involves defining scalable, integrated, and secure ERP architectures while
driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering
  Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, and HCM modules.
  
• Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with
  business objectives.
  
• Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and
  implementation roadmaps.
  

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery
  teams.
  
• Provide architectural oversight across all implementation
  phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
  
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance
  frameworks.
  

Business Process Transformation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize
  finance and procurement processes.
  
• Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.
  
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize
  customizations.
  

Integration & Data Architecture

• Define integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud
  (OIC) and APIs.
  
• Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and
  data governance frameworks.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS,
  legacy systems).
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  
• Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.
  

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud
  services.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules:
  
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
  
• Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management)
  
• HCM
  
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting
  principles, and compliance.
  

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with:
  
• Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurations
  
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  
• Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)
  
• Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  
• Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-country ERP deployments.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
  
• Knowledge of EPM Cloud integration, AHCS and AFCS
