Position: Oracle HCM Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company that provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions to businesses worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud applications. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best solutions to optimize their human capital management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for Oracle HCM cloud applications

- Design and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client

- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning Management

- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the applications

- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Oracle HCM applications

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle HCM technology and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

- Document all processes and procedures related to Oracle HCM applications for future reference

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- From 1 to 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications implementation and support

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning Management

- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Must be in Saudi Arabia and have a transferable Iqama

- Oracle HCM certification is a plus
