Position: Oracle HCM Consultant - Saudi National

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management

- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions

- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions

- Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients

- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules

- Participate in project planning and estimation activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices

- Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management

- Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Oracle HCM certification is a plus
