Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Director in strategic planning and execution of regional energy projects.


• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.


• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials to support regional initiatives.


• Facilitate meetings and workshops, managing agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.


• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and governmental bodies.


• Monitor industry trends and contribute to the development of innovative low-carbon energy solutions.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.


• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and project tracking.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.

Desired Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy or environmental sector.


• Experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy or low-carbon initiatives.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
