Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all park attractions and rides
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on rides and equipment
• Assist in the training and supervision of ride operators and support staff
• Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as required
• Manage ride queues and optimize guest flow to enhance the visitor experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas and surrounding environments
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate special events and operations
• Participate in emergency response drills and uphold safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in park operations or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
