Job Description - Partner, People Experience

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Partner, People Experience. In this esteemed role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of innovative people experience strategies that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee journey.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address the needs of our workforce, ensuring that JASARA PMC continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your expertise in people experience will be crucial in promoting an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive people experience strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand employee needs and feedback, translating insights into actionable programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, development, and retention programs, ensuring they meet the needs of both the organization and its employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of people experience initiatives and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Foster relationships with employees to ensure an open line of communication and address any concerns regarding their experience at work.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, or related areas, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful employee experience programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.
