Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Partnerships Specialist to develop and manage strategic relationships that support the organization’s growth and objectives. The ideal candidate will identify collaboration opportunities, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    1.    Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

    2.    Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.

    3.    Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements and activities.

    4.    Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and outcomes.

    5.    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of partnership projects.

Required Skills:

    •    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    •    Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

    •    Fluency in English Is a must.

Qualifications & Requirements:

    •    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

    •    Experience: 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
