Job Description - Peax Service Mechanic

The Mechanic ensures reliable machine performance by performing repairs and preventive maintenance in line with service manuals and safety standards. Working under the guidance of the Workshop Team Leader, the role maintains a clean, organized workspace, uses proper tools, and submits accurate service reports on time.

Main Responsibilities:

Following weekly/daily work plans as specified by WS team leader.
Carefully performing repairs as described in the Service Manuals of machines.
Always consulting repair actions with Workshop team leader as deemed necessary.
Strictly following safety rules and regulations during performing his
work.
Always wearing safety gears suitable for the job.
Always keeping his working, clothes clean and tidy.
Being punctual attending his work.
Using proper tools for the repair or maintenance job as described in manuals.
Keeping work area clean, tidy and free of obstacles.
Making sure machines are clean after performing PM maintenance or repairs.
Keeping his toolbox and hand tools complete, tidy and clean.
Taking utmost care and following operation instructions when using
Special tools. Reporting any damages to workshop team leader.
Writing service reports and filling timecards at workshop.
Writing and submitting service reports on time.
Attending all training courses and on job training as per training plan.
Reporting any irregularities immediately to Workshop team leader.
Working in all sites and places as defined by Workshop team leader.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Minimum experience of 3 years
Preferable who have driving license.
Physically able to perform all tasks related to installation
Knowledge of commercial electrical and general construction
Maintain a high attention to detail and quality
Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent

Years of relevant experience:

4-6
