Job Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions on usage and possible side effects.
• Review prescriptions and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness of medication therapy.
• Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their medication regimen and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and patient outcomes.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Previous experience as a pharmacist is desirable.
• Deep understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
