Job Description

Resicum International, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for an anticipated Physical Security Specialist – Journeyman position supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Technology Security Support Team (TSST).

This position will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) security programs involving the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Physical Security Specialist will provide specialized physical and industrial security guidance, technical assistance, and mentorship to F-35 security program participants.

The position will focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining physical and industrial security programs designed to protect F-35 facilities, sensitive U.S. technologies, classified information, personnel, and government resources.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide physical and industrial security guidance to F-35 security program participants.
• Establish working relationships with designated security officers and program representatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining physical and industrial security policies, procedures, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate physical security programs and recommend improvements to protect sensitive facilities and information.
• Assist with ensuring facilities meet applicable U.S. Government and Department of Defense security requirements.
• Review and update security policies, procedures, and facility documentation.
• Provide guidance concerning SAP facility security requirements and SAPF operations.
• Assist with facility security assessments, inspections, and Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs).
• Review facility security documentation and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate physical security activities with program security and cybersecurity personnel.
• Assist with security measures involving facility access controls, surveillance systems, protective barriers, locks, and other physical protection measures.
• Support the development and implementation of facility security plans and procedures.

Position Requirements

Candidates must meet ONE of the following education and experience pathways:

Option 1:

• Bachelor's degree in National Security, International Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Three to ten years of specialized security experience emphasizing SAPF/SCIF construction and SAP/SSO operations.

OR

Option 2:

• Minimum of ten years of specialized security experience emphasizing SAPF/SCIF construction and SAP/SSO operations in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Additional Requirements:

• Specialized security experience in SAP vault operations.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of applicable U.S. Government and Department of Defense security requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international program security requirements.
• U.S. citizenship.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must meet the contract's security requirements, including a Secret security clearance based on an SSBI or SSBI-PR completed within five years at the time of hiring or performance, unless otherwise specified at the task order level.
