Planning Manager (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Planning Manager for the Stadium Masterplan Project. This is a pivotal role within our project management consultancy team, responsible for the execution and delivery of a range of exciting infrastructure projects associated with the Stadium Masterplan in alignment with Vision 2030. As the Planning Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and control of comprehensive project schedules and coordinate all planning activities for the Stadium Masterplan Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for the Stadium Masterplan Project, ensuring timelines are established and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project planning efforts and manage dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any scheduling impacts.
• Provide detailed reports to stakeholders regarding project status and forecasts, ensuring transparency in planning activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
• Facilitate planning workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Mentor and support junior planning staff, fostering a positive and innovative working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in project planning and management, with a strong focus on stadium projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise with onsite teams and project stakeholders.
• Experience in leading planning efforts for sports or stadium-related projects is desirable.
• Proven ability to identify risks and develop strategies to overcome challenges in project schedules.
