Job Description - PMO Manager

The PMO Manager is responsible for managing PMO activities across projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, reporting, planning, and execution tracking are effectively maintained. The role supports delivery excellence and enables successful coordination between project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PMO operations across multiple projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Support implementation of project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
  • Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Track project performance and support escalation management where required.
  • Support resource planning, budgeting, and project prioritization activities.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or transformation roles.
  • Experience managing projects or PMO activities in consulting, government, or enterprise environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
