Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
• Manage and drive applications related to electrification and automation systems including switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, Substation Automation, IOT Solutions, and energy management solutions.
• engage with customers to understand their technical and operational needs; translate those into comprehensive application strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders across project phases – from pre-sales support to commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product management, and execution teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance and compatibility with Siemen’s product portfolio, and applicable national/international standards by Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead technical training, workshops, and presentations to customers and internal teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain Siemens’ edge in electrification and automation.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrification and power automation applications.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens' automation systems (e.g., SIMATIC, SIRIUS, SICAM, etc.) and electrical products.
• Experience in digitalization concepts, Industrial IoT, and SCADA systems
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and occasionally abroad.
