Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Powder Coating Technicians with hands -on experience in powder coating application, surface preparation, equipment handling, and finishing quality inspection. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge of coating processes, safety standards, and defect troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automatic powder coating applications.
  
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and sandblasting processes.
  
• Operate powder coating booths and curing ovens efficiently.
  
• Conduct coating quality inspections and thickness measurements.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and equipment issues.
  
• Maintain coating equipment and ensure proper functioning.
  
• Follow workplace safety standards and finishing quality procedures.

Experience Requirements

Education

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field.
