Job Description - Pre Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales process, working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements. You will act as a bridge between our technical offerings and customer business challenges. 


What you'll do

  • Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle by combining AI technical knowledge with advisory and consulting capabilities.  
  • Engage customers early to understand business objectives, data readiness, and overall AI maturity.  
  • Help customers define and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business value and feasibility. 
  • Advise customers on practical AI adoption approaches, including short-term wins and longer-term AI roadmaps.  
  • Position Mozn’s AI platform and AI capabilities such as LLMs, NLP, and RAG in a clear, business-focused manner.  
  • Translate customer challenges into AI solution concepts aligned with Mozn’s products and delivery models.  
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and executive discussions as a trusted technical and strategic advisor.  
  • Deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.  
  • Support proof-of-concept activities to validate AI use cases and value.  
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution descriptions.  
  • Assist in defining solution scope, assumptions, and high-level delivery approaches.  
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to validate solution positioning and feasibility.  
  • Provide structured customer and market feedback to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.  
  • Stay informed on AI trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position Mozn solutions. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.  
  • 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, AI consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.  
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, particularly LLMs, NLP, and RAG, with the ability to explain them in business terms.  
  • Experience advising customers on AI use cases and solution approaches during the sales cycle. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.  
  • Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and writing technical or solution-oriented proposals.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous requirements.  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
