Pre-Sales Engineer, Expert

Our subsidiary Jadaya is seeking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the technical expert during the sales cycle, helping clients understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges while supporting the sales team in closing opportunities successfully.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
• Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for different audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions.
• Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development.
• Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical role.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:

1. Software Solutions
2. Cloud Computing
3. Cybersecurity
4. Networking

• Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear business value to clients.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
