As a Presales and Support Specialist for a bulk SMS company, your role would involve a combination of customer engagement, technical support, and sales support activities. Here's a general description of the responsibilities you might have in such a position:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the bulk SMS solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) or RFIs (Request for Information).
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Address technical questions or concerns raised by prospects and offer appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Experience in the IT industry or operations management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience.
