Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Printing Technician with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a technician in printing or advertising agencies. This role involves handling production equipment, preparing designs, and supporting light woodworking tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Laser Engraving and Screen Printing:**
- Operate laser engraving machines using LightBurn or other similar software for design preparation and execution.
- Use screen printing techniques to apply designs on various surfaces.
- Adjust machine settings to accommodate different materials and designs.

2. **Logo Preparation and Design:**
- Edit client-provided logos to ensure compatibility with machine software, such as LightBurn or other machine softwares.
- Use design software to refine and prepare artwork for production.

3. **UV Printing Operations:**
- Operate and maintain UV printers.
- Ensure proper alignment, color consistency, and print quality.

4. **Support Light Woodworking Tasks:**
- Assist in woodworking tasks, such as sanding, finishing, and basic assembly.

5. **Equipment Maintenance:**
- Conduct routine maintenance of laser engravers, screen printing equipment, UV printers, and woodworking tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

- **Language Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in English.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar production or manufacturing role, preferably with prior experience as a technician in printing or advertising agencies.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in operating laser engravers, screen printing equipment, and UV printers.
- Familiarity with LightBurn or other similar software for laser engraving (mandatory).
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools (mandatory).
- Basic woodworking skills (preferred but not required).
