Permanent full -time appointment for a Western -trained Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine with a focus on longevity medicine, preventive diagnostics, and complex multi -system risk management within a Royal Household clinical programme in Riyadh.

This is a senior -level governance role within a structured private healthcare system responsible for long -range health optimisation of a high -profile family unit. You will lead advanced preventive screening strategies, interpret multi -modal diagnostic data (imaging, biomarkers, genomic risk where applicable), and coordinate subspecialty input across international tertiary centres.

Clinical activity is predominantly anticipatory and systems -based, focusing on early detection of cardiometabolic, oncological, and age -related risk pathways. You will also supervise longitudinal care plans across multiple residences and international travel environments.

The role operates in close collaboration with executive physicians, emergency coverage specialists, and external consultants across the UK, Europe, and the US. Your responsibility is clinical direction and medical strategy rather than episodic care delivery.
