Permanent full -time role for a Western -trained Family Medicine Physician embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Riyadh.

This position is focused on longitudinal, preventive, and lifestyle -integrated primary care for a high -net -worth family unit with multi -residence living across Saudi Arabia, Europe, and occasional travel to the UK and US.

You will act as the central clinical coordinator for ongoing health management, covering preventive screening programmes, chronic disease oversight, acute primary care presentations, and coordination with subspecialists across private tertiary centres internationally.

A key component of the role is continuity of care across environments, ensuring seamless clinical decision -making whether the family is in Riyadh, travelling, or residing abroad. You will work closely with a small private clinical team and external consultants across multiple jurisdictions.
